The Indianapolis Motor Speedway Museum (IMSM) has one of the world’s largest and most varied collections of racing, antique, and classic cars (including more than 30 that have won the Indianapolis 500). It offers 37,500 square feet of exhibit space that celebrates more than a century of motor racing.

Top Exhibits

• Kiss the Bricks: The most popular track tour, Kiss the Bricks, is a 30-minute narrated lap around the IMS oval with a stop at the “Yard of Bricks.” The private Golf Cart Tour is a 90-minute tour of the IMS grounds, while the VIP tour visits the key landmarks that are normally “off limits” during events.
• Behind the Scenes Tour: A 60-minute view of the infield landmarks.
• Basement Tour: Are you a true race fan? Check out the Basement Collection Tour, a 30-minute tour of the underground auto storage guided by only the most knowledgeable IMSM hosts.
• Sleek – The Art of the Helmut: This exhibition explores many themes such as art, engineering, and storytelling and features helmets from racing history, from current drivers, and nine designed by local artists.

Tour schedules are subject to change without notice due to weather or track activity. Tickets are $15 for adults, $8 for children ages 6-15, $14 for seniors 62+, and children ages 5 and under are free.
