Indy is the Amateur Sports Capital of the World, but we’re also robust in a variety of pro sports to excite any fanatic. We’ve got the Indy 500, Verizon 200 at the Brickyard, NFL Colts, NBA Pacers, WNBA Fever, NHRA U.S. Nationals, ECHL Indy Fuel, and USL Indy Eleven, to name a few. Indy is also home to the NCAA headquarters, the largest indoor aquatic facility in the nation (IU Natatorium), and three Pete Dye-designed golf courses. So, naturally, we have some heavy-hitting sporting events lined up on the calendar.
